For art files over 10MB upload the files to www.dropbox.com and send to Artwork@thunder-house.com

All files must be 300 dpi or more

Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, .PDF & .AI

If you are submitting Adobe Illustrator files, please make sure all text is converted to outlines on a solid or negative background

Our graphic team mocks up your design and emails it to you a few days after we've received your payment

We never proceed with an order until it's approved
